Q: What is Mobile Physical Therapy?
Mobile physical therapy, also known as home health physical therapy, involves providing physical therapy services in the patient’s home or another convenient location. This type of therapy is beneficial for individuals who have difficulty leaving their home due to injury, illness, or mobility issues. Mobile physical therapists bring necessary equipment and expertise to the patient’s location, allowing for personalized care in a familiar environment.
Q: What Types of Payments do You Take?
We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. We also accept health savings accounts (HSA) and flexible spending accounts (FSA).
Q: How do I schedule service?
You can easily schedule an appointment with us online here, or over the phone (907) 715-9001. We will work with your schedule to make sure service is performed at a time that is convenient for you.
Q: Do You Take Insurance?
The level of reimbursement will vary depending on your specific policy, and in some cases, insurance may not reimburse you at all. If you chose to submit the claims yourself, we will provide the necessary documentation (aka – “Superbill”) required by your insurance company.

Q: Will I need a prescription for physical therapy?
No.
In Alaska, physical therapy can be initiated immediately (if medically appropriate) without a prescription or physician referral.
Q: What shoud I expect from the initial evaluation?
Your initial evaluation will take approximately 1 hour. Be prepared and dressed to move. During this time we will review your medical history, assess your strength and movement qualities and determine the right plan for you.
